The Peer Support Network

Peer support is a vital part of any wellness program. However, seeking help can often feel challenging or daunting, especially for entrepreneurs, who are accustomed to tenaciously tackling challenges head on and independently.

The Sing for Mental Health Entrepreneur Peer Support Network consists of fully trained volunteer entrepreneurs who are dedicated to providing support, guidance, and valuable resources to fellow entrepreneurs facing challenges. This initiative fosters resilience and connection within the entrepreneurial world whilst ensuring that individuals feel supported and that they are not alone.

Did you know that the Mental Health Strategy for Canada promotes peer support as an essential component of the mental health system?

— Mental Health Commission of Canada

“Peer support really works. It helps people feel more empowered and resourceful, which improves lives and cuts costs by reducing the need for formal mental health, medical, and social services.”
