Peer support is a critical component of any wellness program. But support requires those in need to reach out and this is often difficult or counter to the standard thought process for Entrepreneurs. In 2023/24, Sing for Mental Health plans to establish the “Entrepreneur Peer Support Network”.

Peer support is a critical component of any wellness program. But support requires those in need to reach out and this is often difficult or counter to the standard thought process for Entrepreneurs. In 2023/24, Sing for Mental Health plans to establish the “Entrepreneur Peer Support Network”.
The network will be comprised of fully trained volunteers (entrepreneurs themselves) who can offer support, guidance, and information to fellow entrepreneurs who are struggling. Peer support captures the entrepreneurial ethos and spirit – the community coming together to help the community.
Raising awareness is about promoting and sharing information regarding the specific challenges of mental illness. It’s educating people on how to recognize warning signs – and providing information what to do when you see them.

Raising awareness is about promoting and sharing information regarding the specific challenges of mental illness. It’s educating people on how to recognize warning signs – and providing information what to do when you see them.
In 2023/24, Sing for Mental Health will launch the “Mental Health Awareness Program” to help all of us understand better, and have the tools to act if necessary when discovering someone who may be in trouble.
Focus will be on corporate awareness sessions for high tech organizations and government agencies, and establishing a strong social media presence and information base.
In 2023/24, Sing for Mental Health will be expanding its focus to included supporting Mental Health for young people who may be experiencing Mental Health challenges.
This will be done through monetary donations to organizations that have current programming to support todays youth.
